1. APPOINTMENT

Book a free consultation appointment with us. You could meet at our studio or conduct a video call.

2. DESIGN

After understanding your budget, requirements and artistic direction, we will outline ideas for further development. A deposit of £200 is payable if you decide to proceed with the service. Please read our Terms & Conditions for Bespoke Items. We will fully explore the given creative briefs, source your desired gemstones and communicate through email, phone or video chat.

3. CRAFTING

Once the design and the cost are confirmed, we will produce a 3D rendering (depending on the design) for your final approval. 50% of the final fee is payable before making the design. The crafting process takes approximately 6 - 8 weeks (depending on complexity).

AFTERCARE

A finished product will be delivered to you with a 60-month limited warranty. If you have any questions or need further assistance, we are always here to help.

A signed and stamped bespoke drawing.

5. CERTIFICATES

An EDXÚ warranty and authenticity card (Reimagine & Bespoke jewellery enjoy a 60 month limited warranty) & An IGI (International Gemological Institute) or GIA (Gemological Institute Of America) gemstone certificate if you purchase a diamond greater than 0.35ct. You can track your individual gemstone report on the institutes’ official websites.

PRICE

Bespoke service starts from £500 (incl. VAT). The price depends on the complexity of the design and the selection of materials and gemstones. It is essential to keep in mind that we are only designing for you, so we can work on a budget that you would feel comfortable with. We can adjust the designs to your specifications.

We accept bank transfers and all major debit & credit cards including Mastercard, Maestro Card, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB, Discovery Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and interest-free instalment payment options such as PayPal, Klarna and Afterpay/Clearpay.
