TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

Here are a few tips on how to take care of your EDXÚ jewellery:

1. Storage - Store each piece of jewellery individually in their own EDXÚ travel pouch or jewellery box so they don't get damaged, scratched or tangled. Alternatively, storing your pieces in a jewellery box or on a jewellery tray is also a good way to make sure they are kept safe and organised.

2. Sunlight - Store your jewellery away from direct sunlight or hot temperature, in a dark, cool and dry place.

3. Oxidation - To avoid oxidation (that causes jewellery to tarnish), you can also store your jewellery in a sealed plastic bag that will keep out the air and help reduce the oxidation process.

4. Chains - Keep your chains and bracelets fastened so they don't get mixed up.

5. Discolour - Avoid excessive water, extreme humidity and heat as this may cause your jewellery to discolour.

6. Avoid - Keep your jewellery bright and shiny by avoiding contact with home detergents or chemical products such as perfumes, makeup, body oils, sun creams, lotions, deodorant and nail polish removers. Even though all our jewellery is waterproof, we still strongly discourage wearing jewellery while exercising, swimming, showering or when you are in a sauna as it may cause scratch the jewellery or damage the plating.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY

With time and wear, sterling silver or even karat gold jewellery pieces may lose their original brilliance. Follow our 3 easy steps to clean and polish your jewellery.

1. Wash - First, you can wash your jewellery with warm water and gentle hand soap using a soft toothbrush. Please be aware of other gemstones or materials (for example, leather) that might not be suitable to be washed with water.

2. Clean - To bring back and maintain their shine, you can clean them with our EDXÚ beige cleaning cloth (without any anti-solution) or soft and non-abrasive jewellery cloth.

3. Polish - For tarnish or discolouring, simply use the EDXÚ white jewellery cloth (with an anti-tarnish solution) to rub on the oxidised area gently. Similar anti-tarnish jewellery cloth would also do the job.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR LEATHER GOODS

Leather is a natural material, general wear and cleaning may cause shrinkage and colour variations:

1. Clean - In order to preserve the quality of the leather products, please do not wash with any household cleaning fluids. Use gentle soap and water instead.

2. Wet - If wet, please allow leather to dry naturally and avoid rubbing it with coarse fabric.

3. Storage - Store your leather goods away from direct sunlight or high temperature, in a dark, cool and dry place. Do not place near a source of heating or open fire.

WARRANTY

All EDXÚ products come with a 24 month limited warranty, Bespoke and Reimagine products come with a 60 month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering:

1. manufacturing defects but do not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse, scratches or dents.

2. For the warranty to be valid, proof of purchase is required.

3. Warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items or gemstones.
